Abigail is a mental health counselor in our Coralville office who works with clients on a variety of issues. Abigail utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including person-centered, strength-based, child-centered play therapy, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and reality therapy.

Abigail has worked with individuals ranging from 4 years of age into adulthood. Previously, Abigail
worked with K-12 students in a school setting utilizing child-centered play therapy techniques. Abigail
also worked as a Behavioral Health Intervention Services Provider with children between the ages of 4
and 19. She also worked with university students during her practicum experience. All of these
experiences reinforced Abigail’s belief that it is important to meet her clients where they are in their
journey and guide them towards the changes they desire to make in their lives.
