Biography
Dijana (pronounced Deanna) is a Licensed Independent Social Worker based out of our Urbandale office. She has experience working with teens, adults and groups, on a variety of mental health issues and life transitions. Dijana is passionate about creating a safe, collaborative and judgement-free space for each client. She utilizes a person-centered and trauma-informed therapeutic approach, including modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
