Sydney is a Registered Dietitian based out of our Coralville office with a passion for providing the support and education that enables her clients to reach their dietary goals. Sydney intends to guide clients to develop life-long research-based intuitive eating habits; working to develop and/or control hunger cues as well as making peace with your food. Sydney provides a judgment-free and positive environment.

Sydney spent a year interning in various settings studying and practicing the nutrition care processes. She has had the opportunity to grow her knowledge and expertise while working one-on-one with six very successful registered dietitians at various locations. Sydney was also a Division I athlete who earned All-American honors and competed at the Olympic Trials in the discus throw. She has experience advising many athletes on sports nutrition. Time is the number one barrier to poor dietary choices, and she has developed programs to overcome this. Sydney is not here as the ‘Food Police’ but wants to help create mindful habits that encourage
healthful eating without disrupting your happiness and creating an overall feel-good experience.
