Leadership in Our Organization

We adhere to the values of a democratic-participative leadership model. We value the opinions and perspectives of our providers, staff, and administrators to the highest level and consider their opinions in every decision that we make. We cannot always adopt every suggestion, but we can consider every suggestion and decide which components are feasible to adopt and which are not. The strength of our organization comes from our many voices whose collective input has helped us to rise to a level of excellence. We are very fortunate to seek that input from each of our providers and staff members and from the talented team of executives and leadership team members listed below.
