Welcome! I’m Alexx Kwilinski, a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with additional certification in adult gerontological primary care. I have over 10 years of healthcare experience across diverse settings, including long-term care, community health, inpatient mental health, and acute medical care. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and so is their path to healing. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to take steps toward your best self. I take pride in offering care that is not only evidence-based, but also personalized to fit your lifestyle and goals.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and future nurses in both clinical and teaching roles. These experiences strengthened my commitment to compassionate, client-centered care and deepened my understanding of the challenges people face across the lifespan. My doctoral research focused on reducing loneliness and social isolation in long-term care facilities—an area that reflects my dedication to improving connection, well-being, and quality of life. I provide care for a wide range of clients beginning at age 6, with a special interest in holistic health and wellness. I treat concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, substance use, eating disorders, and more. As an active member of the American Nurses Association, I stay current with best practices so I can provide the highest quality of care to my clients.
