Biography

Allie (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults navigating a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, and concerns related to aging and chronic illness. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, and Emotionally Focused Therapy-informed approaches.

Allie has experience working in hospice care, community-based services, and mental health settings, supporting individuals and families through some of life's most challenging transitions. She has a particular passion for helping clients navigate grief and loss in all its forms, whether related to death, changes in relationships, health concerns, identity, or major life changes. Allie strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to build meaningful and lasting change.
