ADHD, mild to moderate Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and crisis management.
As a therapist, Ashley believes that healing begins with trust and connection. She focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward their personal goals. Ashley takes a strengths-based, person-centered approach, honoring each individual’s unique experiences, values, and inner resilience. She provides therapy for children and adults, supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward emotional well-being. It is truly a privilege for her to walk alongside individuals on their healing journey, witnessing their courage, growth, and transformation along the way.
Ashley integrates several research-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. This flexible, individualized approach allows her to meet each client where they are and support meaningful, lasting change.
