Ashley Pfrimmer is a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience supporting adolescents and parents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, social challenges, and relationship concerns. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Compassion Focused Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients address challenges and develop meaningful strategies for growth. Ashley also incorporates psychoeducation to help clients gain insight into their past experiences, understand their present circumstances, and make informed choices for their future.
