Bailey is a mental health counselor practicing in our Cedar Rapids Office who works with clients on a variety of issues. She is particularly passionate about working with adolescents and adults, but has experience in counseling clients of all ages. Bailey utilizes many therapeutic approaches, her primary ones being person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). 

Bailey has experience as a Christian counselor if faith integration is desired by clients. Bailey is particularly interested in helping clients learn more about themselves to promote growth. Bailey believes that therapy is unique and different for each client, she works hard to continue her personal training and research to utilize the best approaches for each individual. Empathy, compassion, patience, challenge, persistence, growth, and honesty are foundational elements of the therapeutic experience that Bailey prioritizes.
