Baylei (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) based in the Coralville office. Baylei has worked with a wide variety of individuals aged 6 and up. Prior to working at Green Counseling Services, Baylei worked on an inpatient adult psychiatric unit and as a Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) counselor working with children and teens. Baylei focuses on creating a safe and comforting environment for individuals who are seeking support. This journey can be challenging, so Baylei aims to show support with empathy and a personalized approach to care. 

Whether you are struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, relationship, or work stressors Baylei will be able to meet you where you are and provide a safe environment for you to be your most authentic self. Baylei's approach stems from a mix of Person-Centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strengths based approach all through a trauma-informed lens. Baylei is a life-long learner and will continue to work on bettering her own skills and practice to best support you.
