Brittany (she/her) is intentional about providing LGBTQ+ affirming care and creating a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where clients can come as they are. She believes authenticity, on both sides of the therapeutic relationship, is essential to meaningful progress and overall wellness. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel understood, grow, and thrive. She is especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults experiencing behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, difficulties with stress management, identity exploration, life transitions, and systemic barriers.
Brittany’s approach focuses on helping clients better understand themselves and the patterns that shape how they think, feel, and respond to the world around them. She works alongside clients to strengthen emotional regulation, develop practical coping and stress-management skills, build confidence, and navigate challenges in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. Brittany also recognizes the impact that relationships, past experiences, environments, and larger societal systems can have on mental health and incorporates these factors into the therapeutic process.
