Cameron is a temporary licensed mental health counselor (tLMHC) based in the West Des Moines office who works with clients across a variety of growth areas. She integrates several evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).

She also served as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), offering direct support to children ages two to six diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), focusing on skill development and behavioral regulation. Cameron has experience providing mental health services in-clinic, through telehealth, and in school-based settings. These experiences have reinforced her passion for helping others find empowerment and change in their lives—guiding clients toward greater self-awareness, emotional stability, and fulfillment aligned with their personal values.
