I’m Camryn Douglas, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (tLMHC) dedicated to helping individuals build meaningful, balanced, and authentic lives. I believe that mental health is not about “fixing” what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with your strengths, cultivating self-awareness, and creating space for growth and healing. My counseling approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I strive to meet each person where they are, providing a non-judgmental environment that fosters self-discovery and empowerment. I integrate a range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, Adlerian, and mindfulness, to help clients develop practical tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience. I work with children aged 4+ and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationship issues, or self-esteem concerns. I’m passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients can express themselves freely, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence. I also value collaboration with parents and caregivers, helping families strengthen communication and foster emotional connection at home.
