Dan works with adolescents (12–17) and adults (30–60), including students, parents, and working professionals navigating stress, life transitions, workplace concerns and others. . His approach integrates person-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, and solution-focused techniques. Sessions are flexible and client-led, emphasizing emotional identification, regulation, and practical coping skills to support meaningful and sustainable change.
