Erin has worked in the human service field for several years supporting individuals with disabilities. She has most recently worked at a nonprofit providing mental health counseling services for individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. She currently works with individuals 14 years of age through adulthood offering in-person and telehealth services.

Erin believes in the importance of collaboration to help people reach their life goals. She uses therapeutic framework such as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Your work with her will be tailored to meet your individual needs within a safe space. Erin strives to help people find hope, resilience, healing, and connection to reach personal goals while building a life that is in line with their values. An important part of her therapeutic approach is to create a supportive and accepting environment allowing people to learn about themselves and their strengths to create positive change as she walks alongside them.
