With a foundation in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am dedicated to providing compassionate support during times of transition and challenge. I employ Person-centered, Strength-based, and Play-based approaches, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems to meet the unique needs of everyone. With a keen understanding of the unique challenges faced by young minds, I collaborate with both children and their families to foster a holistic approach to mental health.
