Holly Shannon (she/her/hers) is a mental bilingual (English and American Sign Language) mental health professional based in Davenport who provides therapy for individuals aged ten and up. Holly supports clients through life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression and other factors. Holly also provides support for people experiencing chronic insomnia by providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the recommended first line treatment for chronic insomnia.

Holly strives to create a safe, comfortable environment to support clients on their healing journey by drawing from aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems theories. No two situations and experiences are the same, therefore adjusting the approach to fit and support the client is key. Implementing person-centered and strength-based approaches, Holly empowers clients to explore their own abilities and leverage their skills to foster growth and healing.
