Whether it is relationship issues, life transitions, identity or self-esteem issues, finding meaning and purpose, work/school/life stress, or finding balance in life, Jenny is going to be present with you through whatever struggles you are facing to support and collaborate for the better. Jenny believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and approaches all people with unconditional positive regard, empathy and compassion to foster openness and trust. Jenny offers not only a safe space but also a brave space where people can be themselves and explore.

Jenny brings a person-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy with the understanding that you are the expert in your life, and she is there to elicit your inherent capacities. Along this road she will collaborate with you to help you identify themes and patterns that may no longer be serving you to help you to evolve into the person you would like to be creating the life you want. Jenny utilizes motivational interviewing, interpersonal psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and dialectical behavioral therapy combining elements to tailor her approach to your needs. She also has experience with prolonged grief disorder therapy and crisis intervention. Jenny has experience working with BIPOC populations and is LGBTQIA+ affirming, affirming of gender diversity, and neurodivergent affirming. She comes from a place of cultural humility with a focus on the intersectionality of identities and an anti-oppressive lens in order to be critically reflective and a co-collaborator with you on your life journey.
