Biography

Kate (she/her/hers) is passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions and difficult experiences. Guided by cultural humility and trauma-informed care, she views therapy as a collaborative partnership that honors each client's lived experience. Kate grounds her therapeutic approach in authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, creating a nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their goals, experiences, and personal growth. She supports clients in cultivating self-awareness, insight, resilience, and meaningful change, while developing practical tools to navigate life's challenges.

Kate enjoys working with individuals aged sixteen and older who are experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief and loss, as well as those exploring identity development. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mind-body practices such as breath work and meditation, to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, values, and strengths.
