Katie Eastman (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and mental health therapist providing therapy to individuals of all ages. Katie earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa in 2018.

Katie is passionate about using a variety of therapeutic modalities to inform her practice. She is trained in DBT, CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, TF-CBT, solutions focused, and Theraplay, allowing Katie to provide a personalized approach to therapy. Whether working with children, teens, adults, or seniors, Katie takes a client centered approach, recognizing each individual as the expert of their own experience and acting as a guide to walk with them through their therapeutic journey.

One of Katie’s strengths is her laid back personality combined with her use of humor and genuine empathy, which creates a safe place for clients to explore, heal, grow, and reach their full potential. She believes in meeting clients where they are at and empowering them to take control of their mental health and well-being.
