Clinical Specialties

Kelsey (she/her/hers) specializes in working with children and adolescents, with a strong emphasis on parent collaboration and building trusting therapeutic relationships. She utilizes Adlerian Play Therapy and trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming approaches to provide developmentally appropriate and engaging ways for clients to express themselves, process emotions and experiences, and build insight through play. Kelsey values meeting clients where they are, creating a safe and encouraging environment where they feel understood, comfortable being themselves, and supported through challenges in ways that feel natural to them. Kelsey works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, family and life transitions, and emotional regulation concerns. Her approach focuses on helping clients build capability, courage, emotional regulation, and self-esteem while strengthening support systems and improving daily functioning.
