She has experience working with individuals navigating mental health concerns, emotional and behavioral challenges, and life transitions. Her background includes community-based mental health services, case management, working with children and adolescents in school, working with families in the child welfare system, and supporting individuals with a variety of mental health needs.

Kendra takes a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy. She believes therapy should be a space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. She works alongside clients to identify their strengths, better understand their experiences, and develop practical tools to support meaningful change. Kendra uses evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while tailoring her approach to each client's developmental level, individual needs, and goals.

Kendra has a clinical interest in anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, emotional regulation, trauma, and personal growth. She is particularly passionate about helping children and adults build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and better understand and manage their thoughts and emotions. She works with clients across the lifespan and strives to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where each client feels supported and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey
