Luke is a Mental Health Counselor at our Waterloo office who is passionate about supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health concerns. He works with clients from diverse backgrounds and strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. Luke has experience working with teens, college students, young adults, and couples navigating life transitions, academic stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and stress management. He is also open to working with individuals experiencing ADHD and OCD related concerns.

Luke values building a genuine connection within the therapeutic relationship and believes meaningful change begins with feeling supported, respected, and empowered. He draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, while incorporating elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused approaches. Luke works collaboratively with clients to tailor sessions to their unique goals, strengths, and needs.
