Naia (she/her, they/them) approaches therapy with warmth, empathy, and respect for every client’s experience. Her goal is to provide an open, affirming space where clients can become more aligned with the most authentic version of themselves. Her work is based in non-judgment as well as a belief that clients have invaluable wisdom about what they need to support their growth. She uses an integrated therapeutic style, primarily drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Naia works with clients starting at age 12 and throughout the adult lifespan. She is especially passionate about working with teens, college students, LGBTQ+ clients, and people of color. No matter who Naia is working with, she is committed to offering personalized and collaborative care that meets clients where they are.

Naia’s professional background includes crisis intervention services, school-based therapy, embedded college counseling, and youth mental health services. These experiences have strengthened her dedication to accessible and client-centered mental health care. Naia is also a Certified Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) facilitator and she carries this experience into her clinical work when clients are navigating suicidal thoughts or mental health crises.
