Based out of our Iowa City location, Natalie (she/her) employs a person-centered and values-based approach, highlighting the unique strengths and potential of each client. She skillfully integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to craft therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs and goals of her clients.
