Noah’s goal is to create a space where people are able to come and talk about life's hard issues, collaborating to identify creative ways to tackle them. He believes that everyone is a human being who deserves to have tools to work towards their goals, striving to provide a balance of comfort and challenging clients to push themselves to expand their self-awareness and self-accountability. He strives to provide a curious and supportive space, highlighting the unique value and dignity of every person as well as celebrating the ways we are all connected. His approach focuses on connecting with people where they are at and deciding together where they want to go. Noah works with youth (7-18), young adults (19-25), and adults (26+) navigating a variety of concerns including: ADHD, ASD (Level 1), OCD (mild), anxiety, depression, men's issues, life transitions, stress, sports performance, communication, and other life challenges.
Noah’s therapeutic approach draws from various modalities including, Motivational interviewing, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), mindfulness, and person centered therapy. Using this collaborative, strength-based approach, he strives to help clients build on their resilience, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change.
