Clinical Specialties

Omnia (she/her/hers) is a licensed social worker in our Iowa City office offering individual therapy to adults ages 18 and up. Omnia specializes in treating OCD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Her background includes work in substance use clinics, crisis units, and grief support. Omnia helps individuals embrace their present circumstances, explore alternatives paths, and make thoughtful choices toward meaningful goals. Using personalized, evidence-based techniques, she empowers individuals to create lasting, positive change aligned with their unique needs and aspirations.

Omnia uses evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, person-centered, and strengths-based psychotherapy. Additionally, she is trained in OCD assessments utilizing the Y-BOCS.
