Paige (she/her/hers) is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) based in our Iowa City office and works with clients of all ages. She received her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Paige specializes in providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for individuals experiencing eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors, in addition to providing general nutrition counseling.

Paige takes a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size (HAES)-informed approach and incorporates Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques to provide compassionate, client-centered care. She recognizes that each person’s relationship with food, movement, and their body is deeply personal and shaped by their unique experiences. With an understanding of the important connection between nutrition and mental health, Paige’s role is to provide individualized nutrition guidance that complements other therapeutic interventions. She is passionate about creating a safe space where clients feel supported in exploring healthful nutrition practices and building a more peaceful, sustainable, and positive relationship with nourishment.
