Clinical Specialties

Rachel Schiltz (she/her) is a mental health counselor at our Davenport location working with older adolescents and adults from age 16 onwards. Rachel’s approach to counseling is supportive, genuine, and deeply collaborative. She provides a space that is both safely nonjudgmental for healing, and intentional about gently challenging the stuck patterns and automatic beliefs that hold clients back.


Rachel specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma, eating disorders, the unique highs and lows of pregnancy and postpartum, and relationship stress. She is an EMDR-trained therapist, which she utilizes alongside a person-centered, values-based framework that integrates elements of various other modalities.

The core of Rachel’s therapeutic approach is a true partnership. She believes that counseling is a space of safety, and real growth happens when you are empowered to actively break free from old habits, build practical emotional regulation tools, and quiet the inner self-critic. Rachel believes that each client has the capacity to overcome hardships and aims to work alongside you in your self-discovery process toward a fulfilling, authentic life.
