Hello! My name is Sally (she/her), and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). I have a diverse background that includes supporting youth in residential treatment settings, individuals and families navigating medical trauma and chronic health conditions, as well as children and young adults with developmental disabilities. I aim to be genuine, warm, and nonjudgemental as a therapist. I take my clients’ concerns seriously while also including moments of joy and humor. Whether you’re seeking therapy to process deeply distressing experiences, or you simply need a safe, neutral space to navigate everyday stressors, I will meet you where you are and we will use a variety of strategies to help you gain the tools necessary to be the most authentic version of yourself.

My practice incorporates strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I am also trained in Project ImPACT (Improving Parents as Communication Teachers), and PEERS (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills). During individual sessions, I use strategies from PEERS group therapy to support youth and young adults in developing social skills. Additionally, I see youth (ages 10 and up), young adults, and adults who are seeking guidance in coping more effectively with anxiety and other mental health concerns. I also work with young children (ages 2-6) along with their caregivers for Project IMPACT.
