Clinical Specialties

Tayler is a Licensed Master Social Worker based in our Coralville office who provides therapy for individuals ages 16 and up. She specializes in supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, relationship and family stressors, and school or employment challenges. Tayler is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can deepen self-awareness, reconnect with themselves, and move toward healing and meaningful change.

Tayler approaches therapy through a trauma-informed and collaborative lens, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone. She tailors treatment to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Processing, and Self-Compassion practices. Her work centers on helping clients identify and shift patterns, process emotions, build resilience, and live more authentically in alignment with their values and goals.
