Travis is a mental health counselor working from our Coralville office who has dedicated his professional life to understanding and promoting behavioral health and wellness across individuals, couples, and families. Travis uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including: emotionally focused therapy (EFT) for couples, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI). Additionally, Travis utilizes principles of Choice Theory, Narrative Therapy, Jungian psychology, and Logotherapy. Travis has received additional training and specialization in Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk.
