Abby is a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with hope and authenticity. Her approach is warm, grounded, and empathetic to help you feel supported, and capable of change. She has a background in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. Using tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and a person-centered approach, along with others, she provides a supportive and safe space where clients can explore change at their pace and build confidence. Abby works with clients that are 16 and older in a nonjudgmental space.
