Bronwyn (she/her/hers) is a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping clients build healthier, more peaceful relationships with food and body. Bronwyn provides inclusive nutrition counseling that honors diverse cultural backgrounds, ages, gender identities, and lived experiences. She is passionate about helping clients set realistic, sustainable goals that reflect their personal values, whether that means navigating recovery, exploring food freedom, or finding practical strategies for cooking, budgeting, and meal planning. Her practice is rooted in mindfulness and an anti-diet philosophy. Bronwyn believes that food should never be a source of fear or shame, and she strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients can experience psychological safety and no judgment in all eating situations. She incorporates the most up-to-date nutrition research and counseling-informed practices to support each person’s unique needs and circumstances.
In her counseling work, her therapeutic framework guides conversations around food, mindfulness, and self-care, helping clients develop practical skills such as identifying unhelpful thought patterns, building emotional awareness, and practicing balanced coping strategies. Within nutrition care, she integrates these approaches while collaborating with mental health providers when needed to ensure clients receive comprehensive support. She aims to help clients find realistic, achievable goals that align with their values and resources. Above all, Bronwyn’s work is guided by the belief that every individual deserves compassionate, respectful health care. She is honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward food freedom, self-acceptance, and a more peaceful relationship with themselves.
