With a focus on social justice, she employs integrative therapy tailored to each individual's unique experiences and identities.
She adeptly incorporates therapeutic modalities like feminist therapy, humanistic psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and systems-based approaches within a trauma-informed framework. Elisabeth prioritizes LGBTQIA+ affirmation and supports body positivity/neutrality through a Health At Every Size (HAES) lens.
