Elisabeth (she/her/hers) is a seasoned social worker based in our Coralville office who is committed to holistic healing and empowerment for diverse populations of adults, teens, and couples. With a focus on social justice, she employs integrative therapy tailored to each individual's unique experiences and identities.

She adeptly incorporates therapeutic modalities like feminist therapy, humanistic psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and systems-based approaches within a trauma-informed framework. Elisabeth prioritizes LGBTQIA+ affirmation and supports body positivity/neutrality through a Health At Every Size (HAES) lens.

Throughout her career, Elisabeth has advocated for marginalized communities and challenged systemic injustices. She creates safe, inclusive spaces for clients to explore their identities, confront traumas, and develop resilience.
