Victoria (Tori) is a mental health professional based in our Coralville office who specializes in mood disorders, codependency and substance use disorders, trauma related disorders, and personality disorders. Tori has worked with individuals ranging from 15 years old into adulthood. Her objective is to assist you in transitioning through any stuckness/repetitive patterns interfering with emotional and physical stability. With a compassionate approach, Tori emphasizes learning and engaging in the skills that lead to a life worth living.  

Her therapeutic techniques are surrounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT); collaboration with Motivational Interviewing and solution-/strengths-based approaches. Tori will nonjudgmentally, and with a touch of humor, meet you where you’re at while guiding you down the change path when necessary. In a safe and welcoming space, she strives to help those achieve mastery in their potential.
