Green Counseling Services, PLLC is recruiting a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatrist, or Prescribing Psychologist to join our team in West Des Moines, IA. We are dedicated to providing high quality and highly accessible mental health services including individual, family, couples, group, dietician, medication management, and community outreach services with a focus on integrative healthcare. We aim to provide empirically supported care in an accepting and supportive therapeutic atmosphere. We similarly aim to create a warm and supportive work environment for our providers with a high degree of autonomy and support. We emphasize work-life balance and scheduling flexibility in order to optimize self-care and sustained passion for our work. We provide 25 hours of clinical care per week and establish our own weekly schedules. We are seeking providers with an interest in providing generalist medication management and therapy services (if applicable) to clients with a wide variety of presenting concerns. We are also interested in providers who would like to develop a specialty area in providing medical monitoring to ensure excellence in care for our clients with eating disorders.
